TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Pitch Perfect Robotics Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to any client (“Client”, “you”, “your”).
By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICES
We provide professional sports pitch services including (but not limited to):
- GPS robotic line marking
- Pitch re-marking and maintenance
- Pitch branding and sponsor marking
- Event and tournament preparation
All services are delivered using specialist equipment and methods at our discretion.
2. BOOKINGS & ACCEPTANCE
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is only confirmed once accepted by us in writing
- We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary
3. PRICING
- All pricing is provided in GBP (£)
- Prices may vary depending on site requirements, location and scope
- Travel outside our standard operating area may incur additional charges
- Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Recurring services are payable via Direct Debit only
- One-off services may require advance payment
- Payment terms are typically 14 days from invoice, unless agreed otherwise
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
5. CONTRACTED SERVICES
Where services are provided under a formal agreement:
- A minimum 12-month term may apply
- Agreements may automatically renew unless cancelled in writing
- Early termination may result in charges, including up to 50% of the remaining contract value
Full contractual terms are set out in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) where applicable.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client must:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the site
- Ensure the surface is suitable for marking
- Remove hazards or obstructions where possible
- Inform us of any site-specific risks or restrictions
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by site conditions beyond our control.
7. WEATHER & SITE CONDITIONS
- Services may be delayed, rescheduled or adjusted due to weather conditions
- We reserve the right to determine whether conditions are suitable
- No liability is accepted for unavoidable delays caused by environmental factors
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of services provided
- We are not responsible for:
- Natural turf conditions
- Pre-existing pitch issues
- Wear and tear after service delivery
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. INSURANCE
We maintain appropriate insurance cover, including:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Employer’s Liability Insurance (where applicable)
Details can be provided upon request.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding layouts, designs and service methods remain the property of Pitch Perfect Robotics Ltd unless agreed otherwise in writing.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment terms are not met
- Site conditions are unsafe
- The Client breaches these Terms
12. DATA PROTECTION
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
